The weather in Austin has been amazing the last few days. Nic just got back from a brief stint living in Chicago, so Billie and i decided to have a meeting. Neither of us were very inspired to go on a shopping excursion or to cook...but we did it anyway. FOR THE LOVE OF SOUP, and the gang!!This was a couple days ago, but again...it's been too nice to sit in front of the computer.

Billie made a really great Butternut Bisque and I (less motivated) ended up making a tomato-dill (and everything that was left in billie's veggie drawer and a few pantry additions) soup. Surprisingly, it was great. Hallman even called me a "Soup Goddess". I LOVE THAT!
anyway, looking forward to some chilled soups this summer, and some updates from other soup g's!
